appears to be silver over copper with picture of several people walking by river with sailboat on it.windmill on other side of river with a building with what appears to be a steeple all in center.surrounding plate are 5 scenes with people danceing and partying.at the top outside ring inbetween the scenes is a mask like face with open mouth and a large apparent tongue protrudeing.
