What you have there is a M88 Austrian bayonet. Used well into WW1 by Austo-Hungarian Empire. The double-headed Austrian eagle is the indicator there. The markings on the crossguard are to a 3rd Jager Regiment and so on. These are quite common in good shape WITH a scabbard. As for value, it is heavily pitted and missing a scabbard, worth maybe $40 tops in this condition.
