Beautiful Plate (China) with painting of a Chinese boy and girl...Inscribed, "China Trader"

This is a beautiful plate with a rich painting of a Chinese girl and boy & the boy appears to be whispering something to the girl, very cute and unique! I searched the Internet trying to find this piece and was unable to locate it anywhere. As pictured below, there's an inscription on the back of the plate that reads, "China Trader" but there's not much Online regarding the name, that I could find & there's also some type of red emblem embossing as well. There are no scratches or chips and very little signs of wear. I would like to sell it, but I would like to get an estimated appraisal value before I make a decision, because I have no idea what it's worth.
