<p>I can't tell from your image what this is made of, but these things are usually commemorative pieces, issued on the anniversary of the birth or death of a famous historical figure. Most are issued on landmark anniversaries such as the 50th, 75th, 100th etc...... Most like this one with no markings or labels are mass produced and have modest value as decorative pieces, generally less than $20.00.</p><p> </p><p>Lovejoy </p>
