Belleek Willets 16" Rose painted Large Vase

I recently purchase the contents of an estate with several items that appear to date from late 1800's to early 1900's  This Vase is the first Item I have started researching and would like to know more about it? The Vase is marked Belleek Willets in green ink on bottom with the numbers "651" and 10-10 hand written on bottom.  There are what appears to be hand painted roses on vase with a gold rim on top. Vase measures just under 16" tall and tapers from about 7" at top to 6.5" at bottom. No chips or cracks visible one small scuff or flaw in paint on bottom rim edge. Otherwise this vase is in remarkable condition for its age.
