Belleek Willets tankard 15 3/8" tall with grapes or blueberries signed by artist

Beautiful tankard. I don't know whether these are grapes or blueberries painted on it. The signature on the bottom is printed. I do not see any other signature on the tankard itself. Have a friend that may want to sell. Please help with history and value. thanks
