It's a fantasy piece, belt buckles of this type are novelty pieces made since the late 1960's and have no connection with Ford motor company. Most sell for under $20.00 Lovejoy

yes lovejoy is correct I think ,there were many of them made and not just for ford ,I remeber in the 60s you could find them at flea markets and swap meets on any weekend chevy plymouth dodge ford aswell there nice for show pieces if you have a small or model car collection
