This was part of my Grandmother bedroom suite. The sides are in very good condition. The top has some pock marks. Looks like some debris was pressed into the varnish.

It's in the Federal Revival style, which was very popular from the 1920's through to World War Two. Sets that need restoration or refinishing often go at auction for less than $500.00 these days.

The piece was damaged during a renovation. I'm trying to decide whether to have the piece refinished. Can you suggest it's worth if it did not need refinishing?
