B&H Lamp
based on your imagesa and the marking you have a turn of the 19th century parlor lamp by Bradley & Hubbard, one of the best know makers in the USA of that period. These were a very hot item during the early 1990's , but demand for nearly all Victorian items have been in decline since then. In the current market comparable parlor lamps sell at auction in the 200.00- 400.00 range.
