Description
This appears to have been made to be a lamp. The inside is hollow as is the hat on top. At the bottom on the rear, there is a small "cut out" allowing a cord to come out.
Is in excellent shape although the paint has dulled and cracked some. No chips!

History
This came from my parent's house and we believe it was a gift from an aunt and uncle. My folks had this as long as I can remember and I'm 51.
