I have a pair of wooden chairs that are black. they have no upholstery, curved backs with slats, seats that have indentations to make you more comfortable. They both have labels on the bottom. The readable on says

and it has a number scratched in the wood
545-18-9573. the second chair label is not readable but appears to be the same and the same number starting with 545 is scratched into the wood.
