Blue and white Asian plate

Antique Asian blue and white plate  blue patterened rim and raised Foo Lion and Peonies in centre.Rust and firing marks but no other marks.Plate diameter 21.7 cm wide and 3.7 deep

The plate was given to me as a gift many years ago I would love to hear if anyone can give me any information about it as I have been unable to find anything similar.
