Description
The mark on the back of the plate is difficult to distinguich but there's a large banner with what looks like 'sketches' and 'JC Dicts' written on it and a picture of, what looks like, an old man wearing a hat and shawl and holding a pint of beer. There is a coat of arms and some letters and numbers below - could be S1468
