Description

I've had the blue item (think it's a vase) for many years and I honestly do not know where I even got it. It is hand blown glass as it has a rough pontil mark. There are bubbles in the glass and it does not sit straight. No markings of any type. Looking to sell but no idea of the value. Can anyone give me some info or a rough idea of the value?
