This is a glass bowl by Fostoria Glass in a patten called "American"  There are some reproductions/copies out there but you can tell if it is Fostoria if there are 3 seams, as Fostoria made this glass in 3 parts so there are 3 seam lines.  They are often hard to see on this pattern, but look closely.  I have had a footed one like this on Ebay for a few weeks and there is no interest and I am asking under $20...it is in perfect condition. Seems like there is not a lot of interest in bowls in this  pattern these days.  I did sell a vase in this pattern ((small bud size)  but it was in pink milk glass and sold for only $20 plus shipping.  It is such a pretty modern looking pattern for something that is not modern in age.  It is a shame they do not seem to demand much in the markeplace.  Hope this info helps.
