Description

 plate is blue with boy and girl walking on front trim is roses carved

no date or compay name on plate, just a stamped 2027 and an italicized w on back

holes for hanging hooks are present however back is uneven/warped as if hand formed

 picture taken with phone camera not sure why black spot is appearing plate is actually free of blemishes would like to identify will consider selling if has value. if not it is a nice plate and I enjoy it n either case I would appreciate any info anyone has
