B.P. John antique corner Table with screw on legs

Profile picture for user sunflowerstrip
By sunflowerstrip, 29 September, 2014
Description

I know it has been in my life for as long as I can remember. Made by B.P. John as that is the stamp on the side of the drawer. But that is all I can read. The four legs have two pegs each on themn that fit into the body of table alone with a screw. This table once held an almost 300lb TV. I think it is Mahagony but I think it was stained.. If anything was done or re-done to this table, it would have been before my Aunt Bertha had it. And she has always had it. She was 81 when she passed ten years ago. Need to sell along with other furniture I've inherited as I have nobody to pass them on to myself and am in need of money. This is a very large and sturdy corner table. The longest point is 35 1/2" and 37" tall. It is a VERY HARD wood.
