Brandt Furniture of Character Dining Set

Description

We inherited a Dining Set several years ago. It is manufactured by Brandt "Furniture of Character" of Hagerstown, MD. The pieces include: - Dining Table with 4 Leg Pedistal with central leaf and fold down ends (and attachable matching legs) - Includes complete set of protective pads for table surface -- Dining Table is numbered on bottom: 5374 - then below that 53 502. - 4 Chairs with upholstered bottoms - 1 w arms, 3 with no arms - China Cabinet - 69" Tall, 41" Wide, 14 1/4" Deep - Glass display w 3 shelves on top, 3 drawers on bottom (2 combine to make a door). - All pieces in set match and were purchased together.

This dining suite is a Federal Revival from the second quarter of the 20th Century. They were designed to look like original pieces made 1780-1825.
