it is brass i believe it was fond i pikeville ky by my dad around 1990 in a burnt down building that was built in th 18-1900s it has famous people such as george washington abraham lincoln the liberty bell and many other things and people its about the size of a standard plate i took it to a antique shop and they said that it was a great piece but they could not look into it at the time because they were busy, but they advised me to look into it because it was a great piece
