If you look real close at bottom I think I can make out the word Tailand...

It's Cloisonné, this stuff is made all over Asia, China , Japan, India etc...Most of it is quite modern and values tend to be quite modest. A lot of the modern stuff had paper or foil labels to indicate their origins, vases like this generally start at about $50.00 and up.
