Description
Found this plate at a Goodwill store. Although the patter looks like it could have been made by a stamp or mold, I find it interesting that it actually has a hallmark stamp. No one seems to be able to figure out what the hallmarks represent or where the plate came from. I would appreciate any inforemation that you may be able to come up with. The etching looks like either peacocks or phoenix birds.

I am unable to make out the hallmarks The first one is a "B", then a picture of some kind, followed by "KAA", maybe??
