I have this exact same painting and same frame - it was my grandfather's. On the back is says: "Windsor Art Products, Chicago Illinois (maybe the framing company?). It has two numbers on the back (P555-2) and V5331-802). It appears to be an original as the oil paint is raised. I have no idea if it is worth anything... I expect I should take it to an art gallery to find out. Did you ever find out the what your painting is worth?
