Description
No clue what this is. Have not been able to locate any info in antique books. Heavy Petina with marble stem. It has markings on the underside of the base One marking looks to be "PAT APL FOR", another marking is a large "B & H" maybe 3/4 inch in size and the same size "5023".
There is a date on the inside of the top portion in two locations "PAT'D Aug 4 1896".
Any info and value is appreciated as well as best place to sell. Absolutely no idea about antiques at all so be gentle.
