Sorry but all of the various silver pieces you have posted to day are silver plated items and not solid silver. The one piece featuring the "BCEP" marks and fake sterling silver lion marks is actually from the Barbour silver Company, others by are by WM rogers, both large producers of plated items.
As to value, maybe $100~ retail for everything posted, very little demand and a massive supply available.

You'll have to see how they polish up, as values for silverplate depends on the condition of the plating. If the plating is worn it's almost impossible to sell at any price. Any standard household silver polish is fine to use, so polish them up and post back how they come up.
