You really need to get it authenticated & be sure it is real. 'Hand painted" reproductions are quite real looking. Can't vouch for this site but, for example... http://www.artexpertswebsite.com/pages/artists/pissarro.php No one will pay you what it is worth without proof. And, if it is somehow real...it is far more valuable than you may know. His work can be in the millions. And, it had to be verified not to be among his Nazi looted works.
