Can someone appraise my artwork that I found ? It looks really old and may be worth something

Description

I found this large piece of artwork by the dumpster at my house. It looks really old and its a painting of what looks to be greek or Rome ruins on a body of water. I can't really read what the signature says but it says something and then the word "hole" (I think) It is about 4 feet by 2 feet and looks to be an oil painting. here is a link to the picture I took:
