Description
I have a Capodimonte dresser box. It has four porcelain legs at each corner. The front scene appears to be two couple near a river, one couple on each side. They are not clothed, only semi covered by either a shawl or the women's hair. The scene on the lid appears to be a couple on one side of a well or bridge and another person on the other side. There is a large basket of either flowers or apples on top of the brick of the well or bridge. The lid is rimmed in brown.
The markings on the bottom are a crown with a "cursive" "N" underneath it. Under the "N" is "Capodimonte". Under this is the writing "Made Italy". Under this is "1632/77".
