Carved Gilt Wood Concave Mirror

Description

What is this really, my friend knew I liked mirrors so I acquired this one as a gift. She is from MA and a antique collector I know these usually are gilt carved wood..this piece to have no gilt and has been "painted" several times. NOT BY ME :):) Original mirror and cord I would like to know date, name and anything you can share with me. I will probably have it restored at some time.Thanks for all your expertise that you are willing to share
