cast iron objects

By ANTIQUESNOW, 3 April, 2014
Description

I have included other cast iron objects for you to look at, the Transvaal money box, you have already answered, it is NOT the original but I feel it is 19th early 20th,colours are correct, other than mine has a red? pipe. I am asking approx. what $ I can ask for him I paid only $10au. The 2nd is the Jolly Nigger Money Box (sorry but that is what it is known as) his mechanics are still good, I have looked but can,t find this one with his top hat, paid $32au. for him and also what I can sell him for approx. The 3rd is also cast iron and was sold as a Dog nut-cracker would like the history of him, got a bit carried away on this one paid $65au, any clue on what to sell him for.

Re: cast iron objects

You should submit each item as a separate request, it makes it a lot easier for the people providing the appraisals.
