Caswell-Runyan Company treasure chest

Unsure of year, or if it's in original or refurbished condition. Came with recent home purchase so I know no history on this at all. It looks in fair-good original condition with some scuffs but no deep scratches. All legs in original setting, nothing glued. No key, but original paper detailing cedar chest, 3/4" Tennessee cedar etc... no insert inside-- not sure if it's suppose to have one or not. Opens and closes perfect with original left mounted hinge. Specs: style #5342 serial #010529. Would like to know approx date of manufacture and approx value. Thanks for any help as I'm trying to figure out this beautiful piece of furniture.
