Description

Appears to be hand painted Chinese scenery with gold trim.  There is a embossed mark (could be a some sort of flower) and several numbers on the bottom of the plate but no actual name.  Some crazing.  Small chip on bottom of plate.  Not sure if it is a Staffordshire ceramic plate, Chinoiserie of the Regency period (think Brighton Pavilion).   Please help me to identify the manufacturer.
