Description This piece was given to me by my grandfather, along with other misc items he wanted to give out. He told me that it was a gift during the first year he and my grandmother were married. It appears at one time my grandmother may have broken the neck of the woman or cracked and repaired it because there is a crack line/chip along the woman's neck. I listed the item as FAIR because if this chip/crack/repair. I cannot find any marks on the item - the bottom has been covered in green felt - not sure if my grandmother did this or if it came this way. I haven't attempted to remove the felt. Other than that, I don't know anything else about this piece. Any info about this piece would be helpful.
