Channel Back Armchair possibly from the 40's?

Description

I was told this Channel Back Armchair dated to the 1940's and quite possibly has the original Naugahyde upholstery. The chair is in immaculate condition with no tears or any other issues to the fabric and only has a few nicks & scrapes on the wood legs. There are no markings under the chair or anywhere else that I've been able to find. I'd like a confirmation or correction on the information I was provided as well as value for resale. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The chair could also date to the 50's. I found a similar chair with yellow naugahyde & different pattern on ebay. I also saw another set of mid century modern swivel chairs dating to the 50's with the exact pattern of naugahyde but different color.
