Description

I inherited this painting from my father. He had told me it was of some value. It is an original oil painting. I Googled W. Chapman but found him to be an American with nice house and scenery scenes. This style is nothing like that painter. Also, I have seen a W. Chapman signature on other sites but the Chapman isn't signed in capital letters. W. CHAPMAN. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
