I recently got a building for my new store. I stumbled upon this picture. I have no idea or any info on it. I know the frame looks to be the original. The charcoal picture inside only has some numbers on the back. I looked today and the numbers are 249. Also the backing holding the picture has been viewed by a couple people that said it looks to be original wood on the back. Im unsure though . But they dont seem to be date numbers. I do know on the back the wood behind the frame (holding the picture) may have been replaced over time. I'm unsure. But here is the picture I took with my phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
