AI Appraisal

Description I was asked to come bid on an estate buy out, of an elderly German woman. The children of said woman had already taken what they wanted and the rest of the items were for auction. I combed the house and all the sheds on the property, not much of value except a few items. I offered $600. and they said "sold". As I was cleaning the contents from the home, I stumbled upon the piece in the back of a closet behind a bunch of hanging clothes, it was wrapped in a blanket.
