AI Appraisal

Description We have this plate we aquired in an estate sale along with lots of other plates etc. I would like to know where it was made and i have thought it was majolica ware. I would like to know its approx period of manufacture and if it has or had any value before it was chipped. Please see pictures. Many thanks in advance
