Description
This is a very pretty chess set, but I must confess, I know nothing about chess. It is not magnetic and it does not have pegs, but I looked up a little and found out that I believe it is considered a travel set. It does not have a handle to carry it, but every to play the game is in the set. All of the pieces appear in tact with no broken pieces. The box is very pretty, but the front looks as if it might have at one time had a handle on it, there are four small drilled holes on it. It looks like the front of the box might have been hand carved.
