Hi Everyone!

Can anyone throw some light on this painting. Though it looks like a regular oil painting, it has a 3D effect on the bouquet the girl is holding, In other words, the flowers are raised in comparison to the rest of the canvas. It is large with gilt traditional frame. Beautiful but mysterious...who painted? What is the value? Age?
