china tea set numbering

Description

What does the numbering on the bottom of my china teapot (and each piece in the set) mean?  The set includes a teapot with lid, creamer, sugar bowl with lid, 6 cups, and 6 saucers.  White with rose design and gold rims (tops and bottoms). The numbering on the bottom of each piece is 12/105Y (in blue).
