Chinese bell on carved wood stand

I got the bell from my Uncle he said his mother bought it in China,. Not sure about it. I looked on the Internet and found wood stands but nothing with 2 men ringing bell. There is no markings that I can see. It's about 19 inches tall. Thank you Tony
