Just want to know more about this stamps meaning and history.
Having trouble attaching pics. It appears to have a lion and lioness kissingwith a couple of coins and possibly a shield upon their backs. They are perched upon this square base, and there is text on two side of the base and chinese symbols/designs on the bottom. The bottom is stained with blue ink from previous use. History
my mom bought it at an antique store in California, USA. The vendor was not there, but the cashier says he takes frequent trips to china and brings items back to sell here and so this is probably from china.
