Description I inherited the dining room furniture from the original Waldorf Astoria Presidential Suite in NYC. It was auctioned in 1929 (before the Waldorf moved to its current location) and has been in my family since. The story goes that Buffalo Bill, among other dignitaries, have sat at my dining room table. The set is Chippendale mahogany furniture including: 8 chairs (2 with arms), 8 foot table, buffet, and server. I am in the process of researching and documenting its history. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
