Cloisonne vase 14" w/ feet, copper base, Carp Motif, guilt,

Description

the pics tell most of what I know.  someone made it into a lamp in the 1960's, the hole sure looks like copper. It came from a wealthy family who had it at least since the 60's.  Condition looks really good to me. Searching I could not find anything with feet  like this or a simalar pattern. My reasearch has taught me it is really hard to date Cloisonne... :(

Any ideas?
