Cobalt blue and gold, hand-painted stemware

Description

These eight exquisite goblets were purchased at a yard sale in southern Quebec province more than thirty years ago. They are in mint condition. They are cobalt blue with gold stems and rims. The rims contain hand-painted raised flowers, leaves and swirls and the goblet stems are twisted. There are no identifying makers marks of any kind and no labels. I have no clue of their origin or worth and am searching for some kind of reference to begin identifying them. They are very unusual and beautiful and don't have even the slightest wear mark, chip, rub or fading.
