Long Description
This upright freezer has been in my family for years never asked about it until I found a job in Colorado. I began cleaning out my garage and tried to do some research on this freezer and nothing has come up. It was purchased by my aunt for $50.00 many years ago.
History
Was purchased by my mothers aunt she cannot remember the she bought it but remembers she paid $50.00.

Re: Coldspot Upright Freezer
Based on your images it looks like it dates from the 1950's. Coldspot is a Sears product line, the refrigerators in the line were first made in 1928.
The upright freezers with fiberglass insulation were made from 1953 onward.
If it still works its still worth 100 Bucks to somebody ;~)
