Colonial House Grandfather Clock need help with info. and value

Description

We find the clock in the house...is in excellent condition, I only found one small scratch. Fully funtional. Back and front say Colonial Manufacturing; back also says Treasure House Colonial seal; also has 1696 stamped on back, and other numbers etched in.
