Colonial Revival corner chair

Description I bought this from an estate sale. I looked this chair up on this site and saw the same exact chair same fabric and everything with a 400 dollar value. I would like to know what I can get for this chair because I would like to sell it asap. The photo upload 2mb this is dumb... cant upload any photos... the chair has a stain on the fabric about the size of a dime which looks like food possibly and there is a small crack on the frame around The seat area that could easily be fixed by someone who knows how to restore antiques. The tag underneath the seat says Brandt hagerstown maryland 1901.
