Comb-back Windsor Arm Chair

Description I picked this up at a yard sale a long time ago, for a very modest amount. I think it was probably $10. Since I bought it, I've had both a Realtor and a builder in the area, both very interested. I assumed they knew it was actually worth something. One of my friends knows someone who had an antique store at one time. He said he'd buy it, sight unseen for $200. Then he'd try to find his friend and ask him what he thought it was worth. I'm hoping the Windsor Chair is actually valuable, but I don't know. I've taken a few pictures to attach below. Thanks for any help you can give me.
