Description

Inscribed"In Memory of My Cruise to China, Japan,P.I." This fine silk tapestry shows the American flags surrounding the USS CLeveland with a sailor crew member above the flags. The ship was launched in Sept 28,1901 and cruised the seas until 1910 when she was decommsioned August 3, 1910.
